Vintage Japanese Winter White Vinyl Bag H1232 - vintage Japanese handle bag of vinyl with gold   It has a hard case and decorative gold rims.  The handle is rather unique and pulls out from the sides on springs to allow your hand in there (photo 6).
The exterior is clean and smooth with just one tiny spot at the top front (photo 3) and two tiny specks on the back (photo 5) along with a tiny indentation.   The side vinyl has one tiny spot.
Measures 9" in length, 6" high and 2.5" wide.   Lined in vinyl which is clean and has one pocket and another zippered pocket that runs the length.
There is a secondary chain with a drop of 13" and this chain folds inside the bag on tiny hinges.  The gold color is uneven.
