Vintage Japanese Light Orange and Gold Silk Brocade Fabric Hand Bag H1335 Purse
- light weight vintage Japanese bag with silk and metallic threads fabric.    The threads are shiny, making it dressy in nature.
The fabric has a glow from the metallic threads in a gorgeous mix of light orange and gold .   The front design has two large medallions with peonies and chrysanthemums.
The outside fabric is very clean and intact.  The back of the bag has a plain weave. The top closes with a hinged metal section and has a pretty little clasp in the middle.
The interior is clean with gold taffeta and with 2 small pockets.   I forgot to take a photo of the interior.
One pocket has a tiny line on it, more like a scuff than a stain.
Measures 8" in length at base, 6" high and 2" wide.   
Has a metal chain with a 7" drop.  The shiny metal chain is on hinges which fold flat to hide the chain inside the bag for a clutch style.
