Vintage Japanese Silk Brocade Fabric Hand Bag H1067 Purse - vintage Japanese bag with silk and metallic threads fabric. The threads are shiny, making it dressy in nature.
The fabric has a glow from the metallic threads which are 3 shades of gold. There is a woven pattern of kicho, or silk partitions, across the front. The back has plain woven gold threads.
The exterior fabric is in excellent vintage condition. The lining has discoloration in the corners from glue that has darkened, but is otherwise fine.
Measures 8" in length, 6.5" high and 2" wide. Lined in pale gold taffeta fabric with one tiny pocket.
Has a self fabric handle with a 5.5" drop.
