Vintage Japanese Pink and Silver Silk Brocade Fabric Hand Bag H1237 Purse
- vintage Japanese bag with silk and metallic threads fabric.    The threads are shiny, making it dressy in nature.  The fabric has a glow from the metallic threads which are silver and pink.
The decorative pattern on both sides is pink grasses on silver threads.
The outside fabric is clean and intact.   The weave has a darker silver thread which at certain angles makes the fabric look discolored but there is actually nothing wrong with the cloth.  When held upright this illusion disappears.
The inside of the bag is lined in beige taffeta with two small inside pockets and the lining is clean.
Measures  8.5" in length, 5" high and 2" wide.   
Has a snake chain with 6.5" drop.  The chain is on hinges which fold neatly inside for a clutch style.
