Vintage Japanese Peach and Gold Silk Brocade Fabric Hand Bag H1289 Purse
- light weight vintage Japanese bag with silk and metallic threads fabric. The threads are shiny, making it dressy in nature.
The fabric has a glow from the metallic threads in a gorgeous mix of peach and gold . The front design has chrysanthemum, bamboo leaf and fan patterns .
The outside fabric is very clean and intact. The back of the bag has gold foil without the front design and ombre shading. The top closes with a hinged metal section and has a pretty little clasp in the middle.
The interior is clean with minor smudges on the gold taffeta and with 2 small pockets. The metal rim inside the bag has a discoloration as seen in photo 10.
Measures 8" in length at base, 6" high and 1.75" wide.
Has a metal chain with a 6" drop. The shiny metal chain is on hinges which fold flat to hide the chain inside the bag for a clutch style.
