Vintage Japanese Orange and Gold Silk Brocade Fabric Hand Bag H1240 Purse
- vintage Japanese bag with silk and metallic threads fabric.    The threads are shiny, making it dressy in nature.
The fabric has a glow from the metallic threads which are orange, green and bright gold.   The front's design has the royal cart, flowers and a fan shape and the colors are a little darker than the photos show.
The outside fabric is very clean and intact.  The back of the bag is pretty with small square shapes.
Measures 8.5" in length, 6" high and 2.25" wide.   Lined in gold taffeta fabric with 1 small inside pocket.   
The lining has a small smudge and the inside metal rims have some tarnish.
Has a metal chain with 6.5" drop.  The shiny gold chain is on hinges which fold flat to hide the chain inside the bag for a clutch style.
