Vintage Japanese Kimono - MEN'S Silk Blend Kimono Jacket - Haori - Kimono Jacket KY688 kimono jacket hand-stitched by kimono makers in Japan     Previously worn but exterior and interior are in very good condition for its age.  
This jacket for men is styled in the traditional way with a closed seam under the arm, unlike a woman's kimono.   The exterior fabric is a heavy, nubby silk or silk blend, possibly hand woven.   
It can be reversed to the lined side which has wonderful shibori dyed patterns on the brown silk.
As for the condition, the exterior has a light colored thread on the bottom left front panel.  This is not a stain but more of a weaving abnormality.   It appears that a piece of straw or raw silk particle was woven in.
You may be able to work it out of there with a small pin or tweezers. 
The lined side has a bleached out spot on the front right panel (see photo 4) and a bleached spot on the back lining panel (photos 8,10).  I have re-stitched loose threads on the underarm seam.  The front lapel on the lining side has a minor smudge.
Features the traditional wide sleeve of a kimono.  Measures 52" from sleeve tip to tip.   Length is 37" from back of neck and 39" including collar.  Chest area is 48".   Haori jackets do not wrap, are worn open.  Hip area across the back is 26.5".   Although these look like large garments, they will only fit a small or medium Western man.  And the sleeves will be rather short.  Shoulder to shoulder is 26" and then add 13" from shoulder to sleeve tip.
