It is topped with a hammered gold colored piece on hinges that snaps into place over the top in an asymmetrical fashion.
Has gold nylon lining with 1 interior pocket.   There was a paper sticker on the pocket that has come loose but left a small glue mark in it's place. 
Has a 5.5 drop with the snake chain.   The chain has darkened a bit from age.
